Life is filled with questions we don’t know the answer to.

Relationships, business, and yes, even fitness.

The issue is that most people ignore what they don’t know. They choose not to partake in something simply because it’s unfamiliar or they don’t have the answers to the questions.

Most of the time when it comes to fitness, people walk into a gym, alone, and stare at the weights, machines, and other people. They have no idea where to start, what to do, and or what does what.

So they leave. Never to return again.

Experience has shown us that not enough people ask enough questions about fitness. They simply move on because they don’t have the answers or a system to apply. And even if they do research the answers, they come across a dozen different methods and ways to achieve fitness goals.

This is why finding a place you belong is vital.

It gives you access to:

  1. A coach and expert in the field of fitness
  2. A community of people who can help you along
  3. A place where you can go at a healthy pace

We talk about the importance of tribes and really all we are saying is that community is important. Not just in fitness, but in every access in life.

Think back on when you didn’t know something. It can be about anything.

How did you find the answer?

Most people would say they found someone who had done it or was doing it and asked them about it. The same is true for fitness. Instead of trying to go at it alone, immerse yourself in a community of people who have the answers and want to pass them along.

It is a shame to see so many people give up on achieving their fitness goals simply because they don’t know where to start or what to do.
