I worked for many years and never made the time to exercise in a gym. Fast forward to 2019 when I retired and moved to Tulsa, OK. I have found an exceptional coach and gym at Fenix Strength and Conditioning.

 

I didn’t know the difference between a kettlebell, barbell, and dumbbells but I soon learned how to use them. My first dumbbell was 5 pounds – I can now use a 25# one. I am currently deadlifting 170 pounds.


With dedication and attending consistently, this gym has helped me mentally (I still have homesickness on occasion) and improved my health overall.
